One fine day
I will say my good byes
will put up my shoes
and end all these lies
One fine day
I will be able to quit
from the troubles I created
all my follies I will admit
One fine day
I will move on
from all my chains
to a newer dawn
One fine day
I will look back
and not see anything
my heart and mind pitch black
One fine day
you will miss me
you will forgive me
you will search for me
But I wont be there for you to see
One fine day
will come soon enough
you will realize the word friend
did really have an end
I will say my good byes
will put up my shoes
and end all these lies
One fine day
I will be able to quit
from the troubles I created
all my follies I will admit
One fine day
I will move on
from all my chains
to a newer dawn
One fine day
I will look back
and not see anything
my heart and mind pitch black
One fine day
you will miss me
you will forgive me
you will search for me
But I wont be there for you to see
One fine day
will come soon enough
you will realize the word friend
did really have an end
The closing lines are quite fierce and powerful. The pain behind the words visible and tge style easy and well constructed. I wish you right cheery ones too ... poems are kind of dark and gloomy these days.
